What Exactly is a Template ?
A template is a premade design of either a website, intro or other smaller stuff.
This means that most of the work is allready done.
But of cource not all work is done, you still have to add your content, design more pages and insert coding that your website needs.
The templates are provided the way you see them in the large preview and the sources available are only those you see in the description under each template preview.
The major advantage is price:
You get a high quality design for just $20-$50. You will not have to hire a web designer or external web design studio.
Second advantage is time frame:
It usually takes 5-15 days for a good designer to produce a web page of such quality.
What can I do and not do with my Template ?
You can:
Build any website using the template in any way you like. You cannot:
Resell or redistribute templates (like we do).
Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content provider companies and individuals.
When will I receive my Template ?
Due to the amount of fraud orders we do not send out the templates automatically, so after confirmation of payment you should receive your template within 24 to 48 hours.
If fraud is involved which could be a wrong entered digit in your credit card information, different billing ip then location ip, ... it can take up longer.

What do I receive when I order a Template ?
After you complete the payment via our secure form you will receive an email with the template(s) or a confirmation email with link(s) to download the .zip(s). The .zip file(s) contain the following:
all source files that are in the discription under the template you ordered and is different depending which template you ordered.
You will need an unzipping tool to open the .zip archive. Windows users may visit www.HotScripts.com or www.WinZip.com. Mac users may visit www.StuffIt.com.
What programs should I use to Open / Modify the Template ?
Flash templates are modified with Macromedia Flash : www.macromedia.com for a free trial version .
HTML templates must be edited with an HTML editor, HTML is compatible with Adobe GoLive, Macromedia Dreamweaver and Microsoft Frontpage
PSD files opens with Adobe Photoshop or any other program that can open a PSD file and is needed to edit the HTML templates.
What kind of free support can I expect from Template Heaven ?
Template Heaven provides limited free support.
This means that we will answer questions if there are problems with the templates like unable to open the template , wrong template, etc . We will not answer questions on how do i do this or that, these questions are making it impossible for us to do business as we are getting these kind of questions by the 100s every day.
We refer clients to find help on tutorial sites or forums related to the programs.
We provide a service to modify templates or complete your entire project at reasonable prices.
We do our best to provide you with the best tutorials that will help you finish the site.
How do I get the free Hosting ?

I cannot modify the Template what do I do ?
If you cannot modify the template you can make a search on google for flash forums and help sites where they might be able to assist you in your project.
You can also seek help on good tutorial sites job sites where they will bid on your project.
I have problems ordering from the website what do I do ?
I dont find the template I am looking for what do I do ?
We can create the template for you , tell us exactly what you are looking for and if we think more clients can use the design we will develop the template and it will be available asap.
If not we can always create a custom design for you at very reasonable prices.
To order one template you click either buy under the small preview or buy under the large preview to add the chosen item to the shopping cart, there you fill out your information : email address (where the template will be sent to--make sure that that email address works), phone number where we can reach you to confirm that you are aware of the purchase.
After you click continue on the shopping cart you will receive an email from us to confirm that we received your order, you will also be directed to either Paypal or the secured site from for credit cards to make the payment for the item .
After we received confirmation that the order has been paid for you will receive the item.
To order more then one template you can browse the site and click on the ADD button under each small preview to add the template to your shopping cart.
To checkout simply click the view shopping cart button or click on buy on any small preview to enter the shopping cart.
Make sure all templates you need are in the shopping cart, you can remove and update your shopping cart at any time.
Which Payment methods can I use ?
PayPal for those that have a paypal account, the fastest and most secure method of payment, as soon as we receive confirmation from PayPal the template will be sent to you via email.
Visa/Mastercard for those that want to pay with credit card. It can take a few hours depending on the speed of the antifraud protection before we will receive notification and are able to send out the template.
